Activity for Jacqueline

What time are you all starting your wedding or what time is posted on your invitation? We are doing a bbq style wedding and I'm up in the air about the time because I don't want it to be too hot and I don't want to be there all day either

Looking for ideas to do a cookout reception, my FH wants to do the formal vows and then a cookout for a reception. Any ideas on how to make this happen ? Oh and we are doing our wedding in Pittsburgh we just got stationed in South Dakota.
