Who puts the wedding favors on the tables for the reception while everyone is getting ready for the ceremony?

I was wondering what I would have to get for flowers for the wedding and the reception. Where do I need put flowers. How much do I need?

Does anyone have any ideas for centerpieces for the wedding tables? I am not too crafty.

We are doing a small wedding of 30 to 35 people. Are there venues in Connecticut that will do the ceremony and the reception?
