Activity for Shana

My venue has an automatic 22% service charge for food and beverage equaling nearly $1200. Is that the tip for the staff, or do I still need to tip waiters and bartenders? And if I do, how much? In fact, who all gets tips?

My MOH is wearing a blush dress, and my bridesmaids are wearing burgundy dresses. They are knee length, and it's the summer, so I was hoping to get them matching flat sandals with ankle straps... but I can't find any that seem to work for both dress...
