Has anyone altered the neckline of their dress? Or had any major alterations done? What was your experience? Costly? Extra fittings? Worth it?

I'm a bit annoyed that a bunch of my vendors, legitimate companies, are not on WW. I can't even just add them to my list of vendors. And a lot of them were referred to me by my corrinador, who IS one of the only 2 on WW. Is this just me?

I'm just curious, how many items are on your registry? I have about 350 items. All my pots, pans, towels, etc are individual though no sets.
