What is the best registry to use that allows you to select gifts from multiple vendors & allow guests to give to a honeymoon fund of some sort with the lowest fee rate! I want it to be user friendly & not lose on money from the transaction fees.

Any Ideas for a cheaper way to get bustle & possibly minor alterations for a dress near dover,oh. I know davids itll be $150 for hem & $80 for bustle.
