We went to PC for the honeymoon, great time! We stayed at the Paradisus Punta Cana. It was amazing! I read a ton of reviews before I went, and I read that if you book a regular room then when you get there make a deal for the more exclusive part of the hotel. Thats exactly what we did and got over 30% off to upgrade. I am an avid review reader before I go on vacation, it really helps to hear others point of view. Good luck

Be prepared to do nothing but relax, eat, and drink at an all inclusive resort in PC. There is not much else to do inside the hotel other than the themed events they have every now and then.

I went to Punta Cana a looong time ago (which is why I don't remember the hotel, sorry!) and loved it! We basically stayed on the all inclusive resort the whole time and it was reallly nice and relaxing. I think it's a great honeymoon spot, if relaxation and romance are your thing! And it should be pretty affordable too, shop the deals and definitely go all inclusive.
