Trying to decide when I should ask my girls to be in the wedding... now we are having a destination wedding so I'm not sure how much time is enough time to give them

Help!!! I am starting to plan our beach wedding in Destin, FL but I can't seem to make a decision on which wedding company I should go with. I would love to have the ceremony and reception all included. Any advise?
