So my man only wants so many in the party but everyone knows there in it and we now have to down size.. what should I do or how should I tell them

So my wedding is from 2pm to 11pm. Has an one use solar lights if so I need help on what would be the Best Buy.. there won't be electric there so solar lights r my best guess for lights

Freaking out alittle bit.. I haven't booked anywhere to have the ceremony or receptions yet. Just trying to find a big yard to hold about 100 -150 ppl. I didn't know it would be this hard to find a spot.
