FH and I can't decide on a cake flavor. He keeps joking and saying cheesecake. What flavor would you recommend?

Can't afford a day of coordinator. Anyone else have to get by without out one? My biggest concern is getting everyone down the aisle in an organized and timely fashion. We aren't doing a rehearsal either. Please share ideas on how to solve this...

We are on an extremely tight budget. However, I'm very busy working full-time, hunting for a new job, and step momming. Wondering if I should find a wedding planner to reduce the stress but I'm worried it won't fit the budget. Anyone have advise?
