Activity for Jackie

Anyone have dinner and dancing in seperate rooms? If so how did it go? How was seating in dancing area arranged ? At what point were guests redirected from dining area to dancing area?

I'm conflicted. We are getting married in March in SFLA, it will be at a botanical garden. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. There is an air conditioned barn, and original plan was for reception to be in barn. Trying to do seating for 80 w/...
