Activity for Ciera

I know the dress I want I've tried it on my mind is made. My dilemma is do I buy it new or pre-owned. I have no problem buying it new but at the same time I would really have no issues buying it used. Now I just want some views/opinions.

Who plays that music fpr the ceremony is it the DJ? Just wondering because most packages for them say 5 hours so do I need to add extra for them to play that. Our ceremony is outside also in a garden area.
