Bilingual Mandarin/english Officiant or “host”
Are there no Chinese couples getting married in the DC area? I’m trying really hard to find a Mandarin-speaking officiant or host (non-ordained is OK too) to verbally marry us, but it seems the few that exist only reside in New York or California....
