Where did everyone get their flower dresses? Our four flower girls are spread out between VA, WA, and CA so we were thinking either a bridal store that's nationwide or online. If online, how was your experience?

Is it rude of us to make it where unless the couple is married, they can’t bring a plus one? How could we even word the invitations to make that clear. Help!! TIA
