Activity for Vivianna

So after I bought my wedding dress, I discovered that my fiancé's sister in law had the same exact one and got married not even a year ago. The dress place can't do anything about it and I hate my weddingdress now

how would I add sleeves to this dress? my arms are to big and was wondering if I can get quarter length sleeves on here. or maybe add somthing something on top?? any ideas?
