Are you putting centerpieces on the tables for guests only or should they also go on cake table etc.?

I am on mobile and can not search. But where did everyone purchase their planner/ binder? I've found some on etsy that I love but don't love the price. I also would like to be able to see samples of the pages included in the planner.

What types of questions did you ask when getting the information for a venue? I know to ask how many people it can accommodate and prices. Not to sure on what other questions to ask.
