Do anyone have any ideas for paper mache letters? I thought about doing the paper mache picture letters but I'm not sure

I don't really know what kinds of gifts to get my bridal party. I would like to get them something they could wear the day of while we are getting dressed but robes are kind of expensive so what are some other gift ideas I could use and

I looking to buy robes for my bridal party but I don't want to spend alot of money on the robes because I am getting them other things too
