My fiancé and I will be taking our photos for our invitations on Sunday, we decided that we wanted to dress up really nice. Now my colors for my wedding will be Lavender and silver and white. But I'm taking invitation photos in a Royal blue dress....

I was just wondering do you all think that Save The Dates are a Necessity? I feel as if I'm getting married in June I could just get the invitations sent in Mid April and that would be enough time? Or no lol? Opinions please?
