Activity for Tiffany

I need some help on having a videographer for my wedding. Thoughts on having one or not? I have all day photography and she will have an assistant. Not sure what the pros and cons are of a videographer. Thanks in advance!

Would it be tacky to have the buffet at the reception be appetizers and hors d'oeuvres? This way saves a lot on costs for my wedding. Some of the appetizers are kabobs or meat skewers, that you could eat as a main dish as well...?
