Activity for Brittany

I'm getting married in less than 90 days and my anxiety and stress is at an all time high trying to finish getting things paid for and finalizing small details. What some good ways in relieving stress? (I've surpassed the drinking wine stage.)

What would you consider too early to start planning a wedding? My fiance' and I have been together for 8 years and he recently proposed. We are looking at a tentative date of October 2019. Is it too early to start planning?
