Activity for Cassandra

How did you decide what you wanted your bridal party to wear? I'm at a loss. I'm getting married in August so I was thinking short dresses but I feel with a strapless neckline that would be way to much skin? Wear did you buy your dress from?

I love my dress but I'm worried the beading is going to rub my underarms raw. Does anyone have any tips? Other than put on a sweater or jacket.
