hors d’oeuvres --how many do people eat?
Hi All, My catering director suggested 4-5 pieces per person but that does not sound like enough...I was leaning toward 6-7 per person...any thoughts or suggestions? I am not doing any stations during cocktail hour-just passed hors d’oeuvres.
