I am planning a destination wedding in the US no location picked yet. I am finding that a lot of venues are done at 10pm with a last call at 9:30pm. Because my FH family is coming over from New Zealand I want the party to be able to last till later....

I need a venue in New Jersey, PA or NY that is either a barn, or has a really nice outdoor pavilion, something. No ballrooms, banquet halls. Looking to do a rustic kind of theme. Something. I don't know. I'm lost lol.
