Is anyone buying a cocktail dress to change into after the wedding ceremony or anytime at the reception? I want to wear my wedding dress all night but my sister thinks differently.

Tomorrow I'll pick up my dress, but my seamstress wanted to know if i wanted to add sleeves and she could tact them on before I pick my up my dress. I feel torn between adding them or not, so I need opinions please! Picture of dress with sleeves.
