I need suggestions on cute cheap and fast(as in not online buying & shipping) decorations for the pavilion I'm having my ceremony in.

Ahhhh, ONE WEEK FROM TOMORROW guys!!! These are from my Bridals at our venue. At times I feel like I should have added a belt to the dress but then again I find myself loving it SO MUCH.

Plastic plates and sliverware, can't tell till you pick them up because they are so light. We are having BBQ so I didn't wanna spend too much for renting. And doing cupcakes. But I don't want it to feel like a cookout either.
