Is it rude to have an adult-only ceremony and reception but have children (about 5) in the wedding party? Would guests be upset about that or think it is unfair?

My FH currently has 6 groomsmen and I have 6 six in mind as well. A really good friend of mine who I met through my cousin (they're best friends) is one I have in mind. But I have no intentions of adding cousins right now as to not leave any of them...
