Activity for Ashley

I live In Texas and the weather is way to hot here and the wedding is outside and what time would I make the wedding I have elder people that are attending and can't stand hot weather for too long. What should i do?

My FH and I are wanting to have a small wedding with family and friends and need some ideas on favors that dont cost an arm and a leg. Does anyone have any idea?
