What's average price for a person or team to go to the hotel and do the bride and bridal parties' hair and make-up? Trial run? I don't really know a good price and all prices range so much...? Help!

For hair and make-up, did you have the stylist/artist come to you (a little more &dollar? Or did you go to the salon to save $? And if you chose one...do you wish you would have done the other? Trying to decide whether I should have them come...
