Activity for riley

Im having my reception on the beach. My FH does not want to spend much on a dj because he thinks that none of our guests will dance b/c its on the sand. Has anyone been to a beach reception before? Were the guests dancing?

I got a quote a dj quote for 1,300 dollars for my ceremony and reception music. Everything is being held on the beach in Key West. Is that a good price?
