Activity for Holly

I'm trying to think of other ways for my guests to know their table number for the reception - all other weddings I've been too seem like such chaos when people are hovering over that table trying to find their name card! Any different ideas out...

So I still have approx. a year until my wedding, but my checklist here on WW says this month that I should set up my registry. This seems so soon to me, but I guess I wouldn't know otherwise! Any advice on when to set one up? When is too soon?...
