Does the engagement party theme has to be the same as the wedding theme ?????????????????????????????????

Is it normal that every time I sit down to make plans about my wedding or go into a bridal store i get nerves and sick to my stomach ???????? is something wrong with me why do i feel like this someone please help me understand my feelings

Even though i'm not getting married until 05/12/2018 i still feel like there is a lot of things i haven't taught out as of yet .so i guess my question is when is the right time to start putting my ideas on paper / wedding board ?????????? someone...
