Activity for Teddi

I've heard a lot of horror stories about where bride and grooms decide to register...anywhere from the store won't take back more of the same item (10 butter dishes) or damaged items to the store employee in charge of the registry, registering...

I'm trying to decide what types of food to serve at my reception. I was thinking of serving a bunch of different appetizers instead of a dinner/plated meal to save money. I don't want people to be starving either. Any suggestions/ideas? Thanks.
