Activity for MrsH2017

I am looking for decorative bird cages that i can hang from small shepard's poles down the aisle for the ceremony. I would prefer them to be no smaller than 4-5 inches wide. Does anyone have suggestions on where to find them for a really cheap price?...

I am looking for good quality, yet affordable artificial flowers either to purchase online or in a store in or very close to Delaware.
