I bought a wedding dress a month ago for ~$850. It was great and still is but I found something cheaper that I love better. The first bridal store said they don't do refunds. Any ideas apart from eBay? Any advice? This is the first dress.

What would you think?

My wedding venue is charging $5.50 to cover these chairs and $9.50 to replace them with chivalry chairs. With my guest count their admin fee tax its $840 to cover them and $1500 for the chivalry chairs. The pictures attached aren't the decorations...
