How much does it cost for a new drivers license with your new last name in Texas?

For the wedding party table is it better to have (for example) the bridesmaids to sit across from their husbands/ boyfriends or have them sit next to each other? I've seen it both ways

What is the easiest way to print out guest address labels??? I first tried to print the return address and guess address directly on the envelope but our printer says the format won't work for that printer. Any other ideas??
