My mother and FHs father have both passed. We would like to honor them in some way at the wedding. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My FH and I are leaning toward an hors dourves reception. Has anyone done this? The wedding is at 6:00pm. I feel if we do this and keep the food replenished, then we will have more time for interacting with the guests. Any thoughts and/or...
