Are we responsible for getting our guest from the hotel to the reception and back down after? We are 7 miles from the venue and hotel. Fh says it's an expense we don't need. I don't want anyone drinking and driving. 2000 for shuttle back and forth....

Our venue adds 22 percent gratuity on top of our bill. Do we tip them as well? I know to tip all other venues only unsure due to the added gratuity.
