Who is suppose to pay for their bridesmaids dresses? Them or the Bride?

Is it bad/ wrong to maybe ask your bridesmaids to see if they can get their dresses?

OK so I just keep picturing having my wedding on a beach and fireworks! Sounds awesome! Does anyone know if there are any beach venues in Louisiana?

I got engaged on Christmas day and we've decided to go with July 4th 2017 as the date. I've never done this before so I don't know what to do or where to start! Any advice??
