Anyone have suggestions? How big would you make it?

We currently are in the process of figuring out how many food trucks we want people to be able to choose from etc. We are going to be taste testing the food trucks in April Any advice or suggestions?

How to plan a wedding without knowing budget? My parents are going to help but they haven't told us an amount yet. They want us to give us an estimate amount for everything. Suggestions?
