So we booked the Guilford yatch club as our venue and I have alot of people coming from out of state mainly my bridesmaids. We want everyone to stay in the same hotel so we would be paying for the rooms. But what hotels are around that are nice but...

So I have had the bridesmaid proposals done for a few weeks now. The problem is they all live out of state, wedding is not til April next year. Is it to soon to send them or should I send them within this week?
