When is it the best time to get engagment photos done my wedding isnt till june 28th 2017...

So im 5'2 and weigh 105 im trying to gsin weight and since i had my daughter 3 months ago ive gained some weight but not my ideal weight which is 115 120 is there any way i can gain just a little more weight.... Any suggestions that could help me
