Activity for NP

Are any of you Philadelphia area brides using Garces Catering or do you know anyone who has? My venue just switched their exclusive caterers to them and while I've seen some really great reviews online I wanted to see if I could find anyone on here...

Does anyone have any good recommendations for somewhere to find detachable skirts or trains? I've seen a few by Watters Wtoo and a few on Etsy. Any other suggestions?
