Activity for rachel

My bridesmaids and I went to get their dress already but, when should we get the flower girl dresses and the ring bearer's tuxedo? The wedding is in October 10,2009. Also when do we send out save the date cards and the actual wedding invitations?

So far I've booked the carter, both of the sites, and the bakery but it still feels that I am forgetting something? It feels like I don't have enough time and that I will miss something very important!
