So I'm decently new to all of this... I was just wondering who measures you for your wedding dress?? Does it cost? If so how much? And who do you go to for altercations? And how much does that topically cost??

I'm not really sure.. We've been deciding on whether or not to have an engagement party.. Did you have one and what did you do? And how did it go? Do you have to have one, like is it necessary?
