What am I supposed to do when my bridesmaids don't like the dress that I picked out for them? They are saying that its not going to fit them and they haven't even tried it on yet. Do yall have any options to tell me to give to them.

I was wondering if anybody else is doing a grooms cake. I was thinking about doing one but I am not sure if I should or not. What's yalls opinion on it?
