Activity for Courtney

I was thinking 60" rounds, 8 people at each, with these awesome antler centerpieces. 5 mini bud vases each. The resin antlers I found are 8" long and 6" wide, is that an alright size centerpiece for this size tables??

I was wondering if any of you amazing florists could give me a recipe of sorts for this bouquet? Such as what kinds of flowers and how many stems of each? I was looking to DIY one similar to it, just a bit smaller and without the feathers! Thanks in...
