I now have to find a photographer, and I have to do it without my fiancé's help because he doesn't understand why they charge over $1k for pictures lol. Any suggestions?

Have you experienced proprietors not wanting you to take pictures or giving you information on the dresses you tried on and liked? I find that to be an odd business practice.
