I purchased my wedding gown then put on some weight, in order for my dress to fit i have to lose 5 inches off my hips by the beginning of september. does anyone have any suggestions?

So my budget is not that big and i am a tom boy at heart so spending $50-70 for a pair of wedding heals that i will prolly only wear for the ceremony is just rediculous...any suggestions where i can find a cute pair of shoes, have to be dyable...

I'm looking for a good wedding color palette for fall any ideas? I love color but my FH is a little afraid we're looking at the orange/red combo and we like blue/purple but looking for some unique ideas?
