We are paying for the dresses & make ups. But I would want them to buy their own shoes, but sticking to the color theme. Is it a bad idea? Is that a NO NO? Etiquette?

Anyone has tried reception here? Do you any idea how much per head is the cost? I have a really small wedding. 40 guests maximum. How much do you think this would cost me?
