What are thoughts on speeches?? I know the best man & matron of honor are supposed to speak, but how does it work for parents?? Are both sets of parents supposed to speak? Or is one set supposed to talk at the rehearsal dinner?? Also, what about...

I have seen seating charts done many different ways---do you think it's easier to do it by table number or by last name?? I'm trying to make it easy for my guests to find their spots. Thoughts??
