Ok... so... when it comes to the groomsmen and bridesmaids I'm not exactly sure what to do. Do they pay for their stuff? Or do I pay? We are on a strict budget so saving money would be nice....Is there anyway i can cut corners and have the groomsmen...

In need of some help! We have a very very strict budget of 1000 dollars. I plan on making everything.... centerpieces, bouquets, decor ect.... so my question is... HOW???!!!
